This position is part time/seasonal for an outgoing, energetic employee who wishes to see our community have fun and practices safety at the same time. We require our clubhouse attendant to have the following qualifications.

• Ontime and ready to work.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Wear a safety vest and employee badge always so residents know who you are.
• Access the facility with an assigned prox card.
• Professional and eager to greet our community and their guests when they arrive at the clubhouse/pool.
• Must be able to lift 20lbs.
• Light Cleaning duties
  • Must be able to pick up all trash in our clubhouse and pool areas.
  • Straighten up pool furniture.
  • Must be able to wheel trash can back to trash area on Friday when you arrive for your shift.
  • Must wipe down all tabletops as needed.
  • Sweep as needed.
  • Check the Clubhouse after a private party to ensure its left clean. If not, contact management.
• Must be able to monitor residents using their key fob to access the facility and sign in their guest to use the pool.
• Must make sure all residents access via their key fob, regardless of signing in.
• Must be able to redirect people to leave if exceeding the guest limit.
• Must be able to address the residents in a professional manner when they bring too many guests to the pool. Remind & encourage residents to book a reservation for the clubhouse ahead of time if they have a large group.
• Redirect them to contact Management with concerns.
• Must abide by and refer to the pool rules when asked questions. The employee will be given a copy of the pool rules on first day of employment.
• Must be able to clear the pool area and place “CLOSED” sign up if the following safety issue happens inside the pool area: fecal matter, vomit, or has an accident in the pool water. If this happens, employees will close pool and email Management immediately.
• Must be able to email Management if the facility needs additional deep cleaning, or if broken glass or dangerous items are present in clubhouse or pool area.
