Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures that all necessary information and tools required for each job are in place before work begins.
- Pull and review setup sheets prior to starting a job.
- Maintains equipment required for molding machines.
- Stages product properly after molding and move to required staging locations.
- Complete all assigned projects by due date.
- Review production priorities.
- Must meet or exceed all training requirements including those related to ISO standards and attends scheduled shift meetings or other meetings required.
- Meets or exceeds production targets.
- Produces molded product using various methods designated for the job. These methods include, but not limited to:
- Use of oven controls.
- Use of overhead crane.
- Use of hand and power tools.
- Use of pallet jack.
- Use of open flame.
- Inspects product for conformance to quality standards
Warehouse Associate (Vancouver, WA)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for providing support to the warehouse operations. This position will receive, input, sort, load and unload products as well as perform various warehouse activities. Essential Functions (including, but are not limited to):
· Maintain a safe working environment by adhering safety procedures and equipment to assure safety procedures are followed and in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
· Operate cherry picker, reach truck equipment, sit down forklift
· Receive and count stock items and put away products in racks.
· Use RF scanner, tablets, and pick/count sheets, to conduct inventory transactions
· Update bin locations, stock replenishments
· Pick and pack materials.
· Pick material and build material “kitting” to fulfill Inventory demand
· Advise management of inventory shortages or discrepancies.
· Responsible for ensuring that the order quality is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer.
· Collaborate with other departments and managers to resolve work-related problems and expedite work.
· Participate in the company safety program and reporting activities
