COLLECTION

We may collect your personal information from before, during, and after your employment with Hire Source.  Personal information that we collect from you includes phone number, email address, full name, etc.

We may collect your personal information from our clients at any time during and after your employment.  Personal information that we collect from our clients includes attendance records, disciplinary history, etc.

We may collect your personal information from job-seeking websites (Indeed, Monster, etc.) at any time before, during or after your employment.  Personal information that we collect from job-seeking websites includes educational history, employment history, etc.

USE

Personal information collected from you is used to process your application for employment and to communicate with you regarding your assignments.

Personal information collected from clients is used to determine compensation and benefits, make strategic decisions about current and future employment, and to resolve any conflicts between you, Hire Source, and/or the client.

Personal information collected from job-seeking websites will be used to contact you regarding employment, and make decisions about interviewing, making offers, hiring, and placement on assignments.

DISCLOSURE

Personal information may be shared with the client company in which the employee is placed for assignment so that the client may contact the employee.

Personal information may be disclosed as needed to comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations and in response to a valid search warrant, subpoena, or other legal order served upon us.
