We are currently seeking full time Laborers with potential for advancement and growth with the company.

The Precast Concrete Laborer will perform tasks involving physical labor at our plant. Duties included Clean and prepare forms for casting, placing rebar and reinforcing cages, place and finish concrete, and daily clean-up of waste concrete and debris.

Responsibilities:

• The individual must be consistently at work on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction, commit to reach goals and complete tasks on time or propose an alternative plan to the appropriate person.
• Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
• Clean machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Clean or prepare production area to eliminate possible hazards.
• Load, unload and identify incoming deliveries.
• Measure and lay out areas where precast concrete will be manufactured.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, and 3 or more years’ experience in the construction or precast concrete industry.
• Heavy Civil, Precast Concrete, and General Construction experience.
• Excellent organizational, team management, problem solving, motivational skills.
• Computer literacy, ability to learn to use various computer programs.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop solutions to complex problems and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to thrive and multi-task in fast paced, changing environment with a “can-do” attitude.

We operate Monday-Friday with some Saturday’s. The ideal candidate should be available to work 40+ hours per week.

Compensation dependent on experience.
